Twin Arms makes living downtown affordable for individuals and couples with low incomes (declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required). Salishan is located in the Lougheed Mall area within close walking distance to the Lougheed town centre. Salishan is also located close to the sky train and local transit, many restaurants, medical clinics, hair salons, drug stores and entertainment facilities. Heat, hot water, hydro and basic cable are included in the rent.
