• Notes: Carewest Signal Pointe was designed in partnership with Dr. Uriel Cohen, former Director, Institute on Aging and Environment School of Architecture, University of Wisconsin, under the seven principles of housing design for people with dementia.
  
  Amenities at Signal Pointe include a gift shop, manicured gardens with winding pathways, five adjoining bungalows in a secure environment designed to encourage independence and social interaction, library and smoking room. Eligibility is based on an assessment from AHS 403-943-1920. NOTE: Continuing Care services are available through Alberta Health Services once you have been assessed by a Case Manager.
