Twin Arms is a 217 suite non-profit sponsored seniors apartment building in Vancouver for low-income Seniors 55+ to live independently. Located right in the heart of Vancouver’s West End community, it offers 189 Bachelor suites and 28 One bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites for rent to 55+ adults.
Twin Arms makes living downtown affordable for individuals and couples with low incomes (declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required). Includes heat, hydro, hot water, and basic cable. There are all sorts of resident organized activities going on in Twin Arms including piano sing-alongs, Gardening Club, Morning Coffee, Ladies Craft Activities and more.
