Situated on 5.6 scenic acres and located in picturesque Glen Williams. Residents continue to enjoy their independence whether participating in community activities or planned on-site activities. Outside amenities include walkways, gazebos, water features, flower gardens, roof-top patio and a wooded area. Salishan is located in the Lougheed Mall area within close walking distance to the Lougheed town centre. Salishan is also located close to the sky train and local transit, many restaurants, medical clinics, hair salons, drug stores and entertainment facilities. Heat, hot water, hydro and basic cable are included in the rent. The building also has a lounge with a pool table, ping pong table, kitchen for special functions and raised garden plots for tenants with a green thumb!

Twin Arms is a 217 suite non-profit sponsored seniors apartment building in Vancouver for low-income Seniors 55+ to live independently. Located right in the heart of Vancouver’s West End community, it offers 189 Bachelor suites and 28 One bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites for rent to 55+ adults.

Twin Arms makes living downtown affordable for individuals and couples with low incomes (declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required).
