Mountainview Residence

Privately owned and operated by the Summer family. Located in a residential area, the Residence is set on 5.66 acres of land close to picturesque Glen Williams. Enjoy the raised gardens for easy gardening, outside walkways, gazebos, water features, flower gardens and a wooded area. The Residence building is for mobile seniors able to walk independently or with the use of cane or walker. Residents’ cognition levels range from being completely intact to early stages of dementia.

Woodhall Park Retirement Village

Woodhall Park Retirement Village opened in 1988 in Brampton and keeping with the heritage of the area, we named our building after the Woodhall family who once farmed this very same property.

The purpose of Woodhall Park Retirement Village is to be a community for seniors. We enable our residents and their families to flourish by providing supportive services individualized to each person's needs and preferences, in a safe, clean and comfortable environment.

Built in 1997. Located in downtown Duncan near numerous amenities and services including: The Seniors Activity Centre, Duncan Mall, Real Canadian Super Store and all that the downtown Duncan shopping district has to offer.

Very wonderful group of friendly residents who love to do things together. Residents Group arrange entertainment, winemaking and wine & cheese parties each month. They are helpful and welcoming. Wedgwood feels like home! Yoga, card and board games, Nintendo Wii, crib tournaments, luncheons, pig races and so much more! If you want to make friends, we will make sure you meet some. Evening meals, housekeeping and laundry services are also included. Families are welcome. Annual Sports Day. Christmas in July. The whole building, top to bottom, is decorated at Christmas time.

The Salishan is a 188-suite non-profit sponsored Seniors 55+ Independent Living apartment building. With 148 Bachelor suites and 40 One Bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites, Salishan offers beautiful views of the local and surrounding areas, as well as mountain views. Salishan is located in the Lougheed Mall area within close walking distance to the Lougheed town centre. Salishan is also located close to the sky train and local transit, many restaurants, medical clinics, hair salons, drug stores and entertainment facilities. Heat, hot water, hydro and basic cable are included in the rent. The building also has a lounge with a pool table, ping pong table, kitchen for special functions and raised garden plots for tenants with a green thumb!

Twin Arms is a 217 suite non-profit sponsored seniors apartment building in Vancouver for low-income Seniors 55+ to live independently. Located right in the heart of Vancouver’s West End community, it offers 189 Bachelor suites and 28 One bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites for rent to 55+ adults.

Twin Arms makes living downtown affordable for individuals and couples with low incomes (declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required). Includes heat, hydro, hot water, and basic cable.
