Twin Arms is a 217 suite non-profit sponsored seniors apartment building in Vancouver for low-income Seniors 55+ to live independently. Located right in the heart of Vancouver’s West End community, it offers 189 Bachelor suites and 28 One bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites for rent to 55+ adults.

Twin Arms makes living downtown affordable for individuals and couples with low incomes (declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required). Very wonderful group of friendly residents who love to do things together. Residents Group arrange entertainment, winemaking and wine & cheese parties each month. They are helpful and welcoming. Wedgwood feels like home! Yoga, card and board games, Nintendo Wii, crib tournaments, luncheons, pig races and so much more! If you want to make friends, we will make sure you meet some.
