Online advertising sales representative - Independent Contractor - commission sales.

Lifestyle55+Network Inc. is an Ontario (Canada) based organization hosting the online portal. It offers Canada’s largest unbiased database of retirement homes and senior housing solutions offering its results to professional members as well as additional programs relating to retirement solutions. also offers a consulting service aimed at assisting families and older adults in navigating the often-complicated process of aging and the services available for their situation. It also offers professional seniors service providers a unique opportunity to market their goods and services on the site. This role will target professional individuals and organizations who offer services to seniors. You will be selling online advertising space on the site. The role is perfectly suited for professional work from home, flexible schedule routines. We are based in Toronto however it is not required for you to be.

This position is offered as a Independent Contractor/Commission-based role and will require you to:

  • Have experience in selling advertising to businesses
  • Have a general understanding of working with older adults. (you will not be required to sell to seniors)
  • Have a flexible schedule
  • Be able to work from home or remotely using your own online access/computer and phone
  • Be self motivated, driven and work with little supervision (Training is provided)
  • Provide a weekly report
  • Be highly organized and systematic
  • Have a clear command of the English Language
  • Basic computer skills, online research skills and telephone manners
  • Represent yourself as a professional and ambassador of the brand


  • Identify and build contacts within target markets (Professional services geared to older adults)
  • Generate call/communication contact forms
  • Pursue sales opportunities in relation to advertising on the site
  • Explain the organization, benefits to users, marketing content
  • Achieve signed contracts
  • Manage contacts and sales process through a CRM program
